    So, I got the plication yesterday. In my hotel room at the Marriott. I have to tell ya I'm feeling pretty wiped. Like I just want to sleep, but how will I get in all my sips if I go to bed at 5:39??? : )

    Hoping tomorrow is a better day.

    How's your diet/weight progessing? what are you eating at the point?
