    Only the first time I drink yogurt I had lots of cramps but it was just the first time. .I continue to drink slim fast true all the liquid diet and I tolerate creamy soups really well. .the first two weeks of liquids I wasn't even hungry and the third I was just having something every three hrs. Keep it up u made the best choice of your life

    It has been 5 months after my plication so far I had lost 68pnds and I went from size 22w to size 12. I am very amazed of how much my body has change. I strongly recommended the plication.Woow I am back to life. Loving it

    Can someone tell me what kind of vitamin Dr. Miranda recommends? I been taking woman's 1 a day but I get very nausea's and some times I even vomit.

    I stopped taking my vitamins bcz I din't like the taste when I crush them..when will I be able ro swallo a hole pill???

      I don't have a problem with pills either but I bought those vitagummies and I NEVER forget to take them. My candy of choice pre-banding was gummiebears anyway.

      I love the liquid and chewables, always hated pills. but I bet at least 6 weeks after surgery you can take whole pills. or even ealier if you cut them in half,

    Hi! yes u will have nausea. I had them for the first 3 days.. and the first week of post op u wont be hungry at all and nope the post op diet its not bad at all time goes fast and the best of all u will be starting to see results after the first week...I will be starting my mushy diet on Friday...

      Isn't it great?mine are getting loose and I even bought a skirt two sizes smaller than when I started and it fits!

    Yesterday I had a headache for the first time since my gastric plication on Oct 21st.At the end of the day I realize that I only had drink two bottles of vitamin water all day and I am sure that was the cause from my headache I was getting dehydrated....Today I tried to drink at least 2 lt of fluids and I am back to normal I feel pretty good, all though I been getting hungry lot...but I also find out that a hole can of slim fast is too much for me about 3/4 of a can is all I tolerated I guess is good???.....

    Hello: I was one of persons that went to occ for the band and switch to gastric plication on 10/21....yes the first two days are with may be more discomfort than the lap band but I am so happy I did the change 9 days later and I am feeling grate the results are awesome and even though I am only an 1hr and 20 min from tj I am happy that I don't have to go back for fills....I highly recommend the gastric Plication specially for those that would need to find a filling place at the us...

      deysi you can do it its all up to you, work that band and remember there is a thing callled psycological hunger just remember that and youll do good!!! and make all your calories count!!
