I just swallowed something to big with out chewing it enough! It was an aweful feeling, I had to regeritate the food and spit it out. I did that several times and then I still felt aweful. I walked around and finally went to the bathroom and gaged myself till I threw up and no I feel better! Moral of the story CHEW YOU FOOD!!
