Hi i was wondering if anyone could advise me i am a hopeles chocoholic and i have found that my lap band does not restrict chocolate at all, i suppose because it melts? any advice for me?? please. this is my main diet problem, i would really appreciate any advice you can offer??

Hi I had my lapband fitted early august this year and i have had 1 adjustment, i am finding it hard to get used to the band, and i would really appreciate it if i could get some advice. I recently brought Lapband for Life by Dr Ortiz and found this forum in the back, I am really glad i have found it, also is there anyone else here from the U.K???
