    I am using : Dymatize Elite: Protien = 25g BcAAs = 5.5 Sugar = 1g Glutamine = 4 It comes in BUNCH of flavors in addition to the basic, Choc, Vanilla, Strawberry. Right now I am on the Pina Colada flavor and LOVE IT!

    Doc Linda, Were in GA do you practice? I am in the ATL and 2 hrs N. on 85 on business a bit. If there is a fellow OCC'r I get get an adjustment from that would be great.
