I am new to this and have not yet been banded. I am going to the seminar on Thursday to get started. What can I expect as far as how much I need to lose before surgery? Also, what is this pb and slime stuff?? Any info would be great. :-?

I am actually only going for the seminar on the 11th. How long do you have to wait to be banded after that?
