Thank you so much for the info. I have Cingular (AT&T). It's coast to coast. I was hoping it wouldn't be a problem. I have to work tonight and Monday night. I have been working so much overtime, that I haven't really thought about much. I'll have all day Tues. to think about it and pack. I fly out very early Wed. (7 am.) from Tampa. I'm going by myself! :-? How did you call family and friends to let them know you were all right after your surgery? I plan to take my cell phone with but, will I need an international calling card? Thanks Katie for the info. I have my passport. My husband wanted me to get one because I'm Mexican/American. After much research I found out all this info 4 yrs. ago. I'm first generation Mex./Amer. My bio father was from Mex.(he was born in or around Mexico City) and my bio mother was Amer. (I was adopted as an infant and don't speak spanish at all!)) Hey Everyone, I'm getting the last of my ducks in a row. I leave on the 25th. surgery on the 26th. Back home to St. Pete. Fl. on the 29th. I can't wait to get down there. I'm down about 14 lbs. and still working on it. I'm super stessed now. I work 3rd. shift with 2 other people. Tues. morning 1 person just up and quit! Hey there Beery! I'm going by myself too! I'm trying not to let it get to me. I have enough stress with my job. I just try real darn hard to stay focused on what my Goals are. It is hard I find the weekends are the hardest for me. But, you are working at making your life better. I started my per-op diet on the 4/1, my surgery date is 4/26. I have lost 14 lbs. Judy, Hi, My name is Kelly and I will be having my surgery 4/26. I started my per-op diet on the 1st of April. I'm doing to 2 protein drinks and the Lean Cuisine. The 1st week was hard. I just drank alot of water when I was hungry it helped. It's not going to be easy if it was we would have ate like this before then we wouldn't need surgery! LOL! I've lost 13 lbs. now. Lisa, I know what your saying. I had 2 people who wanted to go but, one couldn't get the time off, and the other one has been there before and knows the ropes, she can't find a cheap flight. She just came back from getting her 1st. fill! So money is tight for her. My husband would be there but, we have 2 little chihuahuas that we can't leave with anyone well know one that would watch them the way we do. Kelly C.

Hi Everyone! I'm new here. My surgery will be done April 26th. I hope to meet others on this journey. I've sent my deposit, faxed my info, and have my flight booked.
