hi Everyone My name is Beata and I live in Goodyear, AZ. I can't believe how many people here are from AZ. I am scheduled for a lap band surgery next week March 14th. I am afraid and can't sleep already. My husband is coming with me and we area actually driving to the border and having the driver pick us up. Unfortunatelly my husband is leaving to go home the night of the surgery and I will be alone. Please email any tips on what to take ex: water, juice and anything else you can think of that will help me Beata
