Do I have to take all of these vitamins forever?

I am supposed to start my vitamins today. I am curious as to how long I have to keep taking them? I understand the multi vitamin, but my Doctor wants me to take like 4 different kinds everyday with every meal. Did anybody else have to do this?

You should take your daily requirement of nutrients everyday, whether by food or vitamins/supplements or both. Do whatever it takes to get them in naturally and then the rest from the help of vitamins and supplements. You should be doing this anyway, as your body craves the balance it gives to you.

Everyone is going to be different as to what and how many to take. I for one take vitamins and supplements everyday, without a miss and have been for many years, so nothing is new to me on this adventure...except to add Biotin (which helps the hair loss) and Fat Burners. I use to daily take the Fiber Choice (for hunger pangs) and either the chewables or the unflavored powder Benefiber (for the roto rooter), but right now I am not needing them. I am currently doing the Dual-Action Cleanse and I've lost 8 lbs so far with that. So, I am re-adjusting myself for a more balance body complex.

JazzyJude, how does that work exactly. I bought those fat burners that you said you got free with the cleanse, but now I am thinking I need something like this. I am having HUGE constipation problems, that I never had before, and nothing seems to work. Is it just a pill? And can you really lose weight with it?

I have had zero constipation. However, I have made Benefiber a part of my daily routine since my pre-op diet days. It is a wonderful product and I will take it every day forever, I think. I am perfectly regular. {who knew I'd ever be sharing my BMs with the world wide web?!} :D lol

LOL!!

I tried Benefiber for about a week and it didn't do a thing for me, so I stopped taking it. Metamucil capsules don't work, and milk of magnesia works sometimes. It's so frustrating. If I am eating good, and getting enough fiber in, etc..I shouldn't have these problems. I am so tired of feeling bloated and gassy..ugh!

have you tried Activia Yoghurt? They have both regular kind and drinkable... works like a charm.

No, I haven't tried it, but now I will...I will try anything! Thanks for the suggestion :)

Ckiki...I love this product so far! I still have another week left and will report to all of you on this. Then I am going to do Vangirl's lemon water for more detoxing cleanse. What I like about the Dual Action is that is easy (take a purifyer and cleanse in the morning and afternoon) and I don't have the bloastness I use to have, less gassy issues, and more energy! I use the fat burners with it too. Overall, I feel good and feel back to normal.

That is awesome. So what exactly is the cleanse...a pill you take?

Oh, I'm sorry Ckiki! I thought you had read my other post on a different thread titled 'colon cleanse'. Yes, it's pill form only and it has that nature outdoorsy smell, which to me is pleasant. In addition, I take the Green Tea Fat Burners gel capsules at the same time. It's so awesome! It's neat and clean and easy to take...take one body purifyer and one colon cleanse pill both in the morning and the other in the afternoon. If you are not having a BM that day or the next, then you can up another colon cleanse pill to help it along. TRUST ME, it really works!

Hope this helps!

JazzyJude, I am so sorry, I did read that post, I just forgot that you had said it was in pill form. :) Thanks for the info, I have been taking the fat burners, and they are great, so now I am going to get the cleanse pills, too.
