Tadpole
I have been on a plateau for about a month. Gosh they are hard to deal with. I think I might finally be over it. I dropped 2.5 pounds in the last 3 days. Yahoo!!!!!

nothereanymore
Yaaaaa, that's great to hear! Here's to never having do deal with plateau's again, they are such a pain! (But they never stick around forever if you stay with it, so congrats)!! Lisa
jhawkchick75
They do stink, but look at you - you pushed through and it sounds like you are back on track. It just shows folks that they happen to everyone and that they eventually will pass. Way to stick it out!!!! Great job and thanks for sharing!! I think it is important for folks to hear that are going through the same thing. Show them there is light at the end of the tunnel!
Shelly
I just joined this forum to figure out how to break a 5 month plateau. YES...5 months! i have been the same weight since the beginning of November 2008. I was banded 4/3/08....weighed 258, and have lost 68 pounds. I currently am at 190. I fluxuate between 190 and 194, depending on when I weigh, water retention, etc... I eat 3 meals a day, am under 1200 calories, get all my protein and nutrition. I eat healthy, but must admit, of the 11 months since being banded, I've only worked out for 6 months of that time. I just got a fill 3 weeks ago, and thought that would do the trick! Now I'm eating even less, but no results on the scale. Constipation is always on my mind despite remedies. What now?
