What should I pay attention to as I start back eating food besides the 1/3 size meal, chew chew chew and then chew some more, protein first, then fruit/veggie then carb....what went or goes down well and what doesn't. Silverstarz76 Posted March 30, 2009 Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 For me I could eat anything.. I noticed more restriction 3 days before my first fill then I did any other time.
