Suggestions for the First Meal

HI All,

I have a few days to go still but am wondering what you would all suggest for my first meal. What should I pay attention to as I start back eating food besides the 1/3 size meal, chew chew chew and then chew some more, protein first, then fruit/veggie then carb....what went or goes down well and what doesn't. I know its all very personal but it would help for me to have an idea.
