Jessi
Sorry, was accidnetly in my husband's old profile... I relogged into mine.. The last couple of days it seems that if I get up, my port area is sore. It feels like it's tugging on my muscle walls. I heard someone talk once about when they lost weight, the muscle strucutre changed and the port was pulling on it. Itis it possible I have the same or does anyone else have any tips to offer? Smiley
My port is just to the upper left of my belly button, which I think is different than those banded in Mexico. Anyway, I had this horrible feeling of pain around my port area last fall. It ended up being excessive scar tissue. The good part is that the scar tissue has now shrunk and the pain is gone - thank goodness!
nothereanymore
When I exercise hard, and I'm really focused on building my stomach muscles I can sometimes get a pain - to me its saying to slow down - we are a little bit different than most with this tool inside of us. I’ve never had it long term, it’s like when I get a cramp in my calf. Doesn’t happen all the time – but I know its there.
Jessi
Thanks you two for responding. :-) I have been working out extra hard lately. Let me take a day of rest and see if that helps. Thanks!
