The first 10 days - down 12lbs. Trying to drink 64oz of fluids, finding it hard. Here's my daily meal - 1 7oz yogurt, 1 8oz Gulerna shake, and 1 cup of soup. Trying to make into 5 meals a day. If you’re doing everything right – the right thing to do may be to stay off the scale so you’re not thinking about it so much! Take care!
