[size="4"][color="#0000FF"][font="Franklin Gothic Medium"] I starting adding full liquids and haven't lost any weight. The first 10 days - down 12lbs. Trying to drink 64oz of fluids, finding it hard. Here's my daily meal - 1 7oz yogurt, 1 8oz Gulerna shake, and 1 cup of soup. Trying to make into 5 meals a day. Asked the nutritionist and my eating plan and it was fine. Is this this normal? Please Advise.[/font] :) [/size][/color]

Yes, it’s normal, don't worry about it - your body is adjusting. If you’re doing everything right – the right thing to do may be to stay off the scale so you’re not thinking about it so much!
