bigbear
There are a bunch of 100 calorie snacks available in my Von's grocery. Even small sized candy bars. One of these seems to help the munchies for me. How do you get the ticker to show up?

BandDiva
String cheese or sugar free pudding. That is pretty much all I snack on. Oh wait, my hubby got me a bag of dried fruit at costco. It has apples, apricots, and peaches. I had a couple pieces last night and it was very satisfying! Good luck!

MyNewLife
I would try to eat something very high in protien. I eat south beach diet bars, very high in protien, which help SO much with my hunger issues. I have also started drinking much more water, up my protien intake and take my 2 fiber bills each day at 9 am and 3 pm. (they help with the hunger issues) I started this week logging my food and you would be really suprised how many calories you eat in one day. I did not think I could possibly be eating anywhere close to 1200 a day, boy was I wrong! The 100 calorie snack packs, I honestly have tried to stay away from, they are sweet and most of them are not a good source of protien, therefore does not keep me full, almost like a slider food. Other snacks that I choose instead of the snack packs are almonds, cheese, peanut butter, very good source of protien. I hope this helps! Good Luck! If you like beef jerky that is what I snack on. It is low calorie and high protein. I also eat low fat string cheese and the tiny stick prezels. This seemd to help. If I'm craving sweets I eat fat free chocolate pudding.
