Crossing the T.J. border at night

Hey All! I know I have posted a similar concern a couple of weeks ago but I am planning accordingly so can any of you bandsters tell me as to wether or not you arrived at the border at night right at or after dark. Should I just wait till the early morning to arrive to be on the safe side? Thanks guys!

Hey Lea!

My Husband and I were picked up at the Border Parking at 830pm with our 5 year old. We got in the OCC Van and he drove directly to the Marriott. I took maybe 15 minutes. No traffic, no stops. It was a breeze. I know I was worried with all that Violence around the Border stuff but believe me i didnt feel "unsafe" or scared at any time.
