louisem Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 I had a slight unfill last week cause I just couldn't take it anymore. I ended up having esophageal spasms which were really annoying. So I had .15 taken out and now I am losing again! I hadn't lost weight in a couple of weeks despite very low calories and this week with more food intake I've lost another 2lbs. It really makes a difference when you are at the right fill level ;o)
shrty835 Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 Glad to hear this is working for you. I believe that to be true, I am going to have an unfill on monday because I believe im to tight also. Plus I think I need it since im having my plastic surgery on tuesday and I need to be abel to take my pain pills.

jhawkchick75 Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 Not getting enough calories in will result in you not losing weight, so i'm sure that was your issue. Good idea to get the slight unfill and I hope it keeps up!
sonogirl Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 I am going to have an unfill on sat, I am so tired of not being able to eat anything. I find it odd that I was ok after my last fill for a while, now I have been miserable for at least 2 weeks. I found out that Kaiser in Richmond ( who will say that they will not see Mexico patients ) has a bariatric surgeon on call in the Emergency room. So, if you show up there they have to treat you and call in the Doctor. I will let you know how this goes- I am hoping to just have .4 removed. I am afraid of gaining, as I have been losing steadily, 20lbs in the last month- 50 lbs since my surgery in Feb.!

I think Shelby has a point--that when you don't eat enough calories your body conserves the energy it has stored up so you don't lose any fat. Keep going! (I had the bodybugg coaching last week--the lady was so nice and showed me a whole bunch of stuff in my program to work with. Could I thank you again for telling me about it? It is really helping me turn a corner with my weigh loss. I wear it everyday and update my food log regularly.)

I'm going to start it up again. I have a thing with seeing my numbers and how I'm doing. So glad its working for you.

I went from loosing no weight, to 3 lbs per week, to now weight and now back to loosing 2-3 lbs per week! I actually haven't been using mine much in the last couple weeks. I was travelling, then loosing 3 lbs a week then not able to eat, and I didn't see much point. This week I am getting back to the gym since I can eat so I will be starting up again!
