Major Motivation that Makes Me SMILE

I always love looking for things here that inspire me - tonight it was going through all of the member's galleries. The before and after pics are AMAZING.

Which is why I'm going to have a picture taken of me today.... because I want to show off my rockin' bod after I carefully mold this one into what it can be.

Thank you to everyone who has posted before and after pictures.

Those are always really good to have! I have one of me that I hate looking at, but it is necessary to keep me on track!

I take one every 10lbs and even if I don't see a huge difference I still take it. Will be nice to have later.

I have been taking one every month from the day I started my preop diet until this week infact I took them all to work today and people were amazed, they have all been watching the process but didn't realize how big I really was until now. I think I was the same way I was HUGE!!!!
