My goal is to lost 37 kilos by Christmas, so I've got to average 1.8 kilos per week (thats almost 3 pounds) to reach my goal. I'm already behind and can't figure out what the heck has gone wrong

I'm already behind and can't figure out what the heck has gone wrong IF YOU WERE JUST BANDED, YOU PROBABLY DON'T HAVE MUCH IF ANY RESTRICTION. WAIT A FEW WEEKS, GET YOUR FILLS IN AND SEE HOW THE BAND WORKS ps with the band, weight loss is at an average of 1-2 pounds per week
Clynn Posted July 16, 2009 Report Posted July 16, 2009 This is probably the most posted question/concern and therefore here comes the most posted answer: don't worry about loosing weight until you get some fill in. Your bod has just been through a major trauma & crash diet. It's hoarding every calorie it can. Work on healing and after that, work on being healthy.
benjigirl Posted July 16, 2009 Author Report Posted July 16, 2009 Good advice guys. I didn't know this was so common- I feel a bit stupid now Clynn I will do as you say- healing comes first. (then hopefully I can realistically get down by 2 pounds a week- thats one kilo so its still ok with me.)
