Help!

Hello everyone...I am new here. I was banded on Wednesday, July 29, 2009. I live in New Jersey.

I have been unable to get even 1 sip of water down without pb'ing and then up it comes!

I am supposed to begin pureed foods tomorrow and I know I will not be able to get any of that food down.

Is this normal? ANyone out there go thru this?

SOUNDS LIKE YOU WEREN'T BANDED BY DR O IF YOUR ALREADY MOVING ON TO PUREED FOODS. I'D BE CALLING THE DR FIRST THING THIS MORNING, NO, IT'S NOT NORMAL

Call your doctor today -- right now if you haven't already. You run the risk of becoming dehydrated. Not fun and if bad enough requires IV fluids.

yup like the others said call your doctor. Not sure who banded you but Dr.O and Dr.M wouldnt be putting you on pureed this quick and would want you to call asap if you were their patient. Good luck
