I thought I would start the thread for today so I don't forget to journal my food

B: 2 oz. Chicken Breast

S: 2 String Cheeses

S: 100 calorie pack

L: 2 Turkey Meatballs

S: 20 Cashews

D: 1/2 hot dog weenie and tomato salad...mmm my favorite salad :)

Drinks: 56 oz. water, 16 oz. Crystal Light, 8 oz. Anthony Robbins Pure Energy Greens with MSM, 8 oz. One a Day to go pack (Multi Vitamin)

Yea I am sooo glad you did!!!!! Anyone please feel free to start this each day b/c sometimes I can't get on here until late or if i'm out of town or something I don't want you all to miss out!!!

B: None (slap on hand!!)

S: Laughing cow cheese and crackers

L: Tuna, applesauce and cheese cubes

D: Chips and salsa, shrimp pasta alfredo (maybe 1/4 of it) and a few bites of vanilla ice cream

Total calories: 1,000

Water: X X X X X (still working as we speak!)

I see you have turkey meatballs often. How large are the meatballs? I guess I have always made them bigger than normal, and cant possibly imagine eating two of them.

Oh they are mini one's like what you would put in Spaghetti. I can't eat much at all. I do also make little meatloaf balls and put them in cupcake pans. I fill the muffin trays up about 1/2 way. They are the perfect size!
