vickiruss
I did something tonight that a friend at work told me about. I got a speg squash, fixed it in the microwave (10min after cutting in half), made meatball with speg sauce. Used the squash as noodles they were sweet but tasted awesome, sweet noodles! I was told that the squash takes on the taste of what you put on it! Give it a try!!

I'll definately try the squash spaghetti, sounds like a winner.
