Red
When I had my first fill, Dr. So told me not to be a slave to the scale, but go by how your clothes fit. He was right! Today, my 2 month Bandiversary, I have only lost 12 pounds, but I can get into the size 12 outfit below, that I haven't worn in 6 years! That works for me! :good2: Red

Kristi
Red, :lb10: I do agree that going by clothing size is a much better way of realizing your progress. You are doing great!!! Besides soon them size 12s will be way too big for you.. I work out at the gym alot and since muscle weighs more than fat, it is easy to be deceived by them numbers on the scale. I have tried to stay away from my scale, but I just can't no matter how hard I try. lol Hugs, Kristi
CanadianBandster
yup - Dr.So knows his stuff! I too was like that. The scale hasnt budged for me since I was a size 9/10 I weighed 140-143..............now I am a SIZE 6!!!!!!!!!!!!1 and I weigh 138-141. I only weigh every few weeks now...just to make sure nothing is creaping up on me lol
jhawkchick75
That is so fantastic! And I agree for sure - I've been within 5 lbs of the weight I am now since May but during that time have dropped a dress size. With my running i'm sure it's muscle. Keep up the great work!
