D: Soup at hand tomato. Well, tried to eat it and spilt most of it in my car. What is my deal with spilling this week! D: 1 pc of thin crust pizza which I also PB'ed - going on liquids tomorrow. Calories so far: 500 (including the upchucked stuff) Exercise - Went to the Y and did a class and it kicked my butt! It was like curves on crack my arms are gonna hurt tomorrow! MyNewLife Posted September 25, 2009 Report Share Posted September 25, 2009 B- Protien Bar and Banana L- One bit of Peach and got stuck REALLY Bad, did make me sick.....(Was involved in a big convo at work, took a bit, chew chew swallow, ohhh crap..!)
