*Going on liquids/mushies until at least dinner - had two pb episodes yesterday

B: Protein shake

S: Applesauce

L: Taco Bell pintos and cheese

S: Sour cream and onion chips

D: Chicken, green beans and mac and cheese

Calories so far: 900

Exercise: None today that workout last night left me SORE! If I do anything i'll take the poochie for a walk after work.

B- 2 coffees with fat free french vanilla creamer (skipped breakfast)

L- Baked Cod nuggets and brussle sprouts with butter sauce (ate half my plate than got full)

D- left over Baked cod nuggets and brussle sprouts from lunch

Four bottles of water
