B: Dry cereal - frosted flakes & Corn Pops L: Spaghettios and crackers (just a few bites is for some reason got stuck) D: 1 pc of thin crust cheese pizza S: White wine S: Chips and cheese Calories so far: 1,000

Not sure what its is or who made it.....someone at my work. L - Grilled Chicken with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. The sauce should be OUTLAWED! LOL S - 2 chettos D - Papa Murphys take and bake. Thin crust pizza. Striped the toppings off the crust ate those. Ended up picking At my sons piece. He ended up eating my crust. 1 - odouls Zero calorie drinks 60 oz Every time I get up from my desk, I take the long way back, do the stairs. Going for a walk tonight if it doesn't rain on me.

It is my new Fav and I dont even like Pumpkin that well!~ B-Pumpkin Spic Frap S-Pumpkin Scone....Ok...lol Need to outlaw Starbucks! L- 1 cup of fried Rice S-1/2 Grapefruit D- 3 oz Steak and a sweet pototoe Water 33oz... I get to add....YEAH ME ....I walked/jogged 1 1/2 miles today
