B- I-HOP, My neighbor and I shared an MVP Bowl...Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Cheese and Hashbrowns. The waitress split in on two plates and I ate a little less than half of my half.....ate around the eggs....1/4 Whole Grain Pancake...Sugar Free Surup... S- None Lunch - The rest of my I -HOP, did eat a few of the eggs..... S-Peach or maybe a banana D-I will have about 3-4 Bacon Wrapped Shrimp...with 1/2 cup rice Water 32 oz :-) Going to try to drink more and xing fingers going to go walk at least 1 1/1 miles today...
