I'm not sure if the McDonalds in The States uses the same dressings, but the caesar salad dressing here in Canada has more fat than a medium size fries!

Dang, that is terrible!

I don't use the full dressing packet on salads, but geesh!

I eat both of the Chili's salads from time to time and have no remorse whatsoever. I order them with grilled chicken and then only eat 1/4 to 1/3 of the salad. The entire salad is a lot, but when split into 3 or 4 meals it isn't too bad to have on occasion. Besides, lettuce is made up mainly of water and my fill doc said I could have 2 cups of lettuce without any worries because of the water content.

Holy crap! I can't believe how many calories some of those salads have! I too love the quesadilla explosion salad from chilis... what a shame. lol. Although, I don't go out to eat much anymore so I guess its not a huge loss. Its just unreal to me, though, how it could be better for you to eat french fries than a salad.
