Ok...Not sure whats up but yesterday and today has been EXTREMELY tight for me.....

B-Drinkable Yogurt

S-Green Tea

L- 1/2 Plan Baked Potatoe and a couple of bits of Beans and got STUCK really bad. (PB..not started running, hiccups like crazy...ugghhh)

S-Hot Green Tea

D- Im going to have protien shake tonight, no food for me.....

B- coffee with fat-free french vanilla creamer then a Yoplait Light

L- 2 slices deli ham and fat-free refried beans

D- bowl of home made chicken and wild rice soup (full of veggies too)
