B-Drinkable Yogurt S-Green Tea L- 1/2 Plan Baked Potatoe and a couple of bits of Beans and got STUCK really bad. (PB..not started running, hiccups like crazy...ugghhh) S-Hot Green Tea D- Im going to have protien shake tonight, no food for me..... Water 16oz
