RevyD Posted November 3, 2009 Report Share Posted November 3, 2009 You can find it under the recipes. It is sooooooooooo good I could eat it everyday and right now am. I get up very early to leave for work and so I always have this in the fridge made. It is scrumpous and zaps easy in the microwave. Just go to recipes and it is under Tomatoe Pie I love it. Basically ingredients are one pie crust cooked slice up one onion and the bottom of the crust slice thinly 2 tomatoes on top of the onions. Mix in a bowl mayo, 1/2 cup parmesian cheese and 1/2 cup mozz cheese. Pour on top and bake. You have to look up the measurements because I can't remember how much mayo. .
