Day 9 on Atkins

B: 3 bites Crab and Tuna Dip (didn't feel like eating this so I made Bacon) 4 pieces of Bacon

L: Steak, Cheese and Mushrooms

D: Protein Burger with Mushrooms and Swiss wrapped in Lettuce

S: Carb Smart Ice Cream Bar

2 Diet Dr. Pepper's (caffeine free)

B: Chips and dip - yes I said it! I promised i'd be honest on here sooo terrible! :(

Yessss, I love wraps! Lettuce or turkey wraps are my fave. Glad you like them :)
