Turkey, mash taters, gravy, candied yams, stuffing, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie. D - Mash taters and gravy and a chocolate chip cookie VW - 20 oz Wow! Mine looks bad, but my portions were small so I don't feel so bad about it. Much better than years past and even though I can eat them now I avoided the rolls - twice! Had two celebrations to go to so that was hard. I hope you all had a fantastic day!!! B: 1/2 slice of Orowheat double fiber bread w/ I can't believe it's not butter spray and low sugar fruit spread. Handfull of Kashi cinna raisin crunch - felt a small amount of restriction I was excited!
