D - Mash taters and gravy and a chocolate chip cookie VW - 20 oz Wow! Let's hope my body doesnt hold it against me.....LMBO! Seriously though....I hope I don't see the 240's again! Much better than years past and even though I can eat them now I avoided the rolls - twice! Had two celebrations to go to so that was hard. I hope you all had a fantastic day!!! B: 1/2 slice of Orowheat double fiber bread w/ I can't believe it's not butter spray and low sugar fruit spread. Handfull of Kashi cinna raisin crunch - felt a small amount of restriction I was excited! L: turkey, corn, green beans, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, stuffing S: two glasses of wine and 1/2 small sugar cookie S: chips and cheese and about 5 lil smokies
