Wow...can't believe it is December!!!!

B: 1 pc of Orowheat double fiber bread w/ ICBINB spray and low sugar spread and a handful of Kashi cinna raisin crunch cereal

Breakfast: A cookie I know its bad but it was home made and then sadly I vomited because it was to early and tight.

Lunch: A cup of hot broth (stock-cube and water) and chopped parsley.

Dinner: Maybe it will be a tomato soup
