Genie03
I so did not know we could do soy creamer. Good tip steph. I often skip my morning coffe because I can't have the creamer in it so this will work perfectly for me. the day we came home I made a huge pot of cosido(mexican soup with chunks of beeF and tons of veggies)and I took most of all the juice out for myself to last me thru the week and that's pretty good. It taste exactly like the beef broth from the hotel. Also I love cinnamon tea it makes me feel in the holiday spirit since everything during the holidays seems to be made with cinnamon and it's nice and warm and the kids love it so I have alot of that. I want to go get some popsicales to get the sweets I'm craving, but other than that not doing to bad for the first week. We are in day 5 so only a couple of more days till liquid yogurt YAY!! StephC2009
I never asked about the soy creamer but I figured it is non-dairy isn't it? I know we can have coffee with non-dairy creamer and the soy creamer that I use (Silk) says that it is non-dairy and lactose free. That soup sounds great. I am excited for yogurt too. lol
