bogiesmom
Okay, so I had the perfect breakfast and just had to journal it (even though I have already journaled it on thedailyplate.com). Perfect becuase I am full, cravings completely satisfied and the meal was LOADED in protein, low in fat! 39 grams of protein to be exact. I am seriouslt thinking about eating this meal once a day for the next week just to see what happens. Since I got the cottage cheese & egg sub from Costco you know I have enough to last me 2 weeks at least Also bought 9 cans of tuna from Costco to follow in Debbie's footsteps as well for the next week to see what happens. Going to do the Tuna for lunch with a side of fat free yogurt. Been craving dairy a lot lately so I am not sure what that means. I know it sounds like I am rambling but I really need to journal my food feelings today and I will be coming back to this for reference.
