navygirl Posted January 13, 2010 Report Share Posted January 13, 2010 Went and saw my doc today and he's been amazed that I'm still averaging 3-4 lbs loss every month. Asked what I wanted to get to and told him 145. He kind of raised his eyebrows and said I'd be really really skinny (like that's a bad thing...lol). So I asked him what he thought and he said another 5 lbs because then I'd be at 23% body fat. But he doesn't want to see me again til March so we'll see how much I've lost. I suspect it'll be more than 5 lbs...lol. But it does appear I'm almost done...I can't believe it! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That had me at 27.4 bmi and I want to be just under 25 bmi which will put me at a weight of 135. I think for my height and bone frame, it is good for me. Kristi, I am same as you I am about 5'2 and my goal is 135. That still puts me as overweight according to BMI, but I don't really believe in all that.
