Hi Ladies.....

Had a pretty tight day today. I eat grapefruit at night with no skin and had about two slices last night and got stuck. This is a first for me with grapefruit.

B-Coffee and Oatmeal

S-Water

L- Salad with a chicken (really really moist)

s-Water

D- a Lite and Fit 80 calorie Yogurt

Mine is gonna look really bad today, but I took advantage of the day off and slep most of it! :)

B: None

L: Chips and salsa

D: Tried to eat pizza rolls but I forgot at this restriction they are a no go and they came back up. :(

S: Tomato soup

Generally calories are around 1297 and protein is 69
