Apprehensive
I have read many diet suggestions and recipies...I have to admit... yours are more towards my liking and I am writing down some of the ones you have posted when I can eat real food again. Some people would say it would be hard to think of this food when you can't have it. I find it helpful to know, there is good food that won't kill you in calories. So...keep the good recipies coming. Snickers Pie....I will be sure I have the ingredients ready to go on the FIRST DAY. I don't know if I will fix them then, but at least I know I can. Thank you Appy
bogiesmom
Yes, you can have your cake and eat it too! Awe shucks folks I will keep them coming then. I didnt know people were paying attention. I highly recommend the WW Taco soup recipe that I posted as well. I personally could not live without it. I also recommend the Pumpkin Pudding (so easy) topped or layered with fat free whipped topping...mmmmm!
