L: Sliced turkey w/ light miracle whip, applesauce and a couple of tortillia chips

S: 2 small sugar cookies (woops!)

D: Chili and some carrots and dip. Also two bites of a brownie! ugh!

Calories so far: 900

Took my vitamins and calcium suppliments. I am also doing a liquid detox program started it yesterday.
