B: V8 Fusion

L: Salad bar - lettuce, carrots, hardboiled eggs and croutons. Two crackers and just a small spoonful of ceasar dressing.

D: Shrimp and french fries - I think I ate too close to working out though b/c it came back up. Wasn't a PB was a full on throw up. Ugh!

S: Now i'm having a glass of wine!

Exercise: Ran 3.25 miles
