Exercise: Did arms and abs. Was slow at work at the gym so pulled out the ab ball and weights.

- Cheesecake Factory! But I did it!!! I ordered the Grilled Mahi Mahi like Hungry-Girl's Cheesecake Factory Survival Guide recommended and I deserve a huge hug since the sides I chose were fresh asparagus and fresh green beans! The cherry on top was no dessert, no booze and I walked there and back in 3 inch heels!!! Someone give me an award!!!

Hope you all don't mind. I'm in my 2 weeks pre-op phase and hoping posting with you will give me a bit more accountability than I've had. Will also get me in line to continue to post after surgery.

Peanut butter gives me extra protein and it is also like a treat. I found that sometimes I was going to bed feeling hungy and if I had a bit of peanut butter I slept like a log.
