B: Kashi cinna raisin crunch cereal (dry)

L: Cubed ham & carrots w/ light ranch

S: Campbells soup at hand chicken noodle and a few light club crackers

D: About 5 medium sized shrimp marinated in a Ms. Dash thingie. Very good! Also had a few bites of leftover corn. Was bad and had a few bites of chips and dip too.

uugghhh going cross-eyed from feeling so tired on this
