yep my post of shame for today

B - skinny white mocha

2 - flour tortilla w/rice and bacon bits

1 - pretty good size bagel with peanut butter

and last night had a bowl of special K

my weight didn't go up but can we say carb overload.

I missed my shakes this morning and although I wasn't hungry I ate all this crap anyway.

Getting back on track as of right now!!!

Hi Ladies,

Having all the fluid out of my band for over a week, I really thought my mind set would be different, that I would really test and eat foods Im not suppose to eat. Im not saying I have not eaten anything I am not suppose to but I have done really well with the portition sizes...(minus the p;)zza)

B- Banana and Two soft scrambled eggs

S-Coffee with French Vanilla Fat Free Creamer

L- 3 oz of white Chicken Breast with a table spoon of baked beans and about 2 tablespoons of Potatoe salad

S-None

D- Piece of Pizza(Thin crust but it was a really big piece) and an apple (no skin)

S- Light Pop Corn

LOTS of fluids, trying to flush my system from surgery....
