B2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 yep my post of shame for today B - skinny white mocha 2 - flour tortilla w/rice and bacon bits 1 - pretty good size bagel with peanut butter and last night had a bowl of special K my weight didn't go up but can we say carb overload. MyNewLife Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 Hi Ladies, Having all the fluid out of my band for over a week, I really thought my mind set would be different, that I would really test and eat foods Im not suppose to eat. Im not saying I have not eaten anything I am not suppose to but I have done really well with the portition sizes...(minus the p;)zza) B- Banana and Two soft scrambled eggs S-Coffee with French Vanilla Fat Free Creamer L- 3 oz of white Chicken Breast with a table spoon of baked beans and about 2 tablespoons of Potatoe salad S-None D- Piece of Pizza(Thin crust but it was a really big piece) and an apple (no skin) S- Light Pop Corn LOTS of fluids, trying to flush my system from surgery....
