BrownEyedGirl Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 1/2 hour before breakfast green tea plain 2 Fiber Gummis 10 cal 1/2 serving oatmeal no milk 90cal blueberries and cherries 40 ------------------------------------------------ 140 1/2 hour after bfast plain coffee Lunch: Tomato Pie 260 cal 1/4 special K bar 25 Dinner small portion of dinner salad with vinegar brocolli 1/4 lobster tail 250 total? 1/4 special k bar 25 700 calories total for the day?! I think I'm going to quit counting calories. I'm going to get hung up and start over eating thinking I'm not getting enough. MyNewLife Posted March 13, 2010 Report Share Posted March 13, 2010 Hi Ladies B-Banana and a scrambled egg....not sure why I have been been eating this combo S-Coffee L- 3 Brownies my mother brought me...get well present, imagine that food! they had peanut butter in them, at least I got some protien...lol D-2 Table Spoons Chicken and Dumplins and Two Table Spoons of English Pea Salad Debbie, Congrats on the Mountain, that is Awesome and sounds like alot of fun. Calories so far: Not sure due to the drinks Exercise: Ran in the St Pats Day Run - 5 miles!
