jhawkchick75
Love this idea!! Here are a few of mine: - V8 fusion - EAS protein shakes (chocolate) - Quaker weight control oatmeal - Kashi cinna raisin crunch or fiber choice cereal (put in ziplock bags and eat dry) - Lots of fruits and veggies - Carl Budding lunchmeat packets - roll them and dip it mustard/light miracle whip - Tuna packets (keep me really full for a LONG time!!) - Campbell's chunky soup (drain the liquid out and eat the meat) - Fat free spicy refried beans - Turkey chili - make myself w/ extra beans makes it nice and thick Not a food, but one of the best things to keep me successful is I pre make my meals for the week on Sunday and portion everything out and have it ready to go, so in the morning I have no excuses! I have about a million ziplock bags and rubbermaid containers in my fridge all ready to go!
