MyNext30Years Posted March 23, 2010 Report Share Posted March 23, 2010 Ok so I was watching The Biggest Loser this weekend and Bob said that if you have a desk job to get a balance ball and use it as your chair. It will strengthen your core muscles while trying to stay balanced. So I went out and bought one and am using it today at work! (Even though I'm short and the small ball is where I fall into, I got the large so I can sit up high enough) So far I can tell that it definitely helps with posture and am hoping that it's helping in other ways as well. Also, a group of 4 of us are now walking 1-2 times a day (weather permitting) up to 1.5 -1.75 miles each time. Baby steps! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
