Had several PB episodes recently and have been feeling what I think is acid reflux. To be safe i'm gonna take it slow. Also, ive been eating really bad so that will help me get on track! Do kind of a 5 day pouch test of sorts. B: None S: Handfull of fritos L: Two cheese roll ups from T Bell S: 1 pkg of Carl Budding ham w/ light miracle whip S: Cheese and crackers D: TBA, gotta work both jobs so will take some snacks to work then eat dinner later.
