B: Handfull of coco puffs cereal and about 4 bites of a omelete w/ mushrooms, spinach, onions, and peppers

S: A few chips w/ low fat bean dip

L: Cheesy pasta - sooo bad for me, but was bought Cheesecake Factory! Got cheesecake too but boxed it up to take home for another day, so a moral victory there! :)
