B: Real lemon juice mixed in water - made my own little lemonade. Then later one small green apple.

S: Handfull of almonds

L: Carrots - not really lunch, but it is 3:15 and i'm not hungry yet so I figure i'd better eat something. Liking this hope it lasts!

S: Cheese and crackers

D: Shrimp and mushrooms

Since starting my detox yesterday I lost 2.8, but some of that i'm sure is water weight so i'm not getting too excited. Since i'm back on solids we shall see how that impacts. No action in the bathroom dept which was the whole reason I started this, but hopefully removing processed foods will change that.
